We want you to love every sip, but if a tea or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, opened tea packages and gift cards are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that consumable tea products must be unopened.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label or locate your nearest retail boutique.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items with the original packing slip and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
